In partnership with Ballarat Health Services, Sebastopol Primary School is holding a COVID-19 Pop-Up Vaccination Clinic for all students aged 5+ and their families/carers. The Clinic will be held onsite at Sebastopol Primary School on Monday 2 May 2022.

Children aged between 5 and 11 may book in for their FIRST dose of vaccine. Parents/carers accompanying students, and who are eligible, can also receive their booster.

**This vaccination program is strictly for the Sebastopol Primary School community. No walk-ins will be allowed.**

Please note that bookings close on Sunday 1 May at 8pm.
