P/2W Dress Up Day

  • All Day

Dear Parents and Guardians,

In P/1/2W we have been learning about significant people in history. Some of the people we have learnt about include: Frida Kahlo, David Bowie, Audrey

Hepburn and Stephen Hawking. As we continue our History Topic we will also be learning about the lives of Amelia Earhart, Neil Armstrong, Rosa Parks and many more.

On Thursday the 26th of March students will be dressing up as a significant person from history.

Students can choose who they would like to dress up as. Please start thinking and researching with your child in preparation for this day of learning and

celebration. On this day students can wear their

costumes to and from school.

As a celebration of learning, each child will share who they have chosen to come as and why. It would be fantastic if children could come to school with a book or information piece about their significant person as a sharing prompt.

Thank-you very much for your continued support of our school and your child.

We look forward to seeing students dressed as a

significant person from history.

Kind Regards,

Miss Williams

and Miss Stacey.
