Sebastopol Primary School makes every effort to keep the cost of items and activities to a minimum and affordable for all parents. We understands that some families may experience financial difficulty. For a confidential discussion about accessing alternative payment arrangements please speak to our Business Manager.
Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF)
The CSEF provides payments for eligible students to attend camps, sports, excursions and incursions. CSEF applications for 2022 open from Term 1 2022. Parents or legal guardians who are eligible are required to submit a CSEF application form to their child’s school. To be eligible for the fund, a parent or legal guardian of a student attending a registered Government primary school must be a holder of one of the following: a Veterans Affairs Gold Card, Centrelink Health Care Card (HCC) or Pensioner Concession Card (PCC).

Parent Payment Policy
Sebastopol Primary School is looking forward to another great year of teaching and learning and would like to advise you of Sebastopol Primary School’s voluntary financial contributions for 2022.
Schools provide students with free instruction to fulfil the standard Victorian Curriculum and we want to assure you that all contributions are voluntary. Nevertheless, the ongoing financial support of our families ensures that our school can offer the best possible education and support for our students.
We want to thank you for all your support, whether that’s through fundraising or volunteering your time. This has made a huge difference to our school and the programs we can offer.
The environment and resources that we enjoy today represent the contributions made by our parent/carer community over many years. Parent/carer contributions make significant difference to the quality of our programs This financial support ensures that we can continue to provide the excellent range of facilities and resources for your children Your support in 2021 allowed us to offer extra curriculum experiences and enhanced learning opportunities.
