The Visual Arts program at Sebastopol Primary School is aligned with the Victorian Curriculum and runs throughout the first semester of each year. Students are exposed to, discuss, and take inspiration from, various art styles and artists’ work. Using these as inspiration, students explore and express their unique creativity through experimenting with a diverse range of resources and learning tasks which may include drawing, painting, collage, and modelling.
Our Visual Arts program also includes cultural celebrations, the acknowledgement of Indigenous Australians and the exploration of unique materials and resources.
