School Wide Positive Behaviour

Schools are safe, secure and positive places for all members of its community: students; staff; and parents.  Sebastopol Primary School is committed to the implementation of a whole school approach to School Wide Positive Behaviour (SWPB) support for engagement and learning.  Our approach aligns academic and behavioural systems to create an emphasis on explicitly teaching, monitoring, and rewarding positive behaviours.  We use a behaviour matrix to teach our three school values, which emphasise that students are ready to learn when they are respectful, responsible and safe.
